Terms

1. All prices are FOB our warehouse. See shipping charges below.
2. We reserve the right to improve design and specifications.
3. All prices on this website and in our catalog are based on conditions prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change. Prices are those at time of shipping.
4. It is an exception when we cannot make immediate shipment - but it does happen. Normal processing may take up to 2-3 business days depending on season. Normal shipping may take 5-7 business days to arrive once your order ships. On occasions, we must wait on a new factory shipment of stock. Also, we cannot guarantee the time required for mail service or truck service on freight shipments to your city. Therefore, we do stress that you advise us of your need date and that you place orders early - 2 to 3 weeks before needed. You can contact our customer service department at custservice@ustoyco.com with your need date and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If possible, allow thirty days for delivery so that we can comply with your requirements.

6. EXPRESS shipping is available for an added fee (see below). Rush Express orders will be shipped the same day if placed online or phoned in to 1-800-255-6124 prior to 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, after 10:00 a.m. CST will ship the next day. EXPRESS SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE ON-LINE. You will be given an opportunity during the checkout process to change from standard shipping to RUSH EXPRESS shipping with an additional fee. Free shipping offers apply to standard shipping rates only, RUSH EXPRESS shipping fee will still apply.
7. Customers who have established an open account can charge with Net 30 Day terms. Charge orders can be faxed, mailed, phoned, or placed online. For more information about placing charge orders online seeOnline Ordering.Customers who have not established an account can order with a VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS card. An order can also be mailed in to us with a check or money order.

Taxes

In CO and MO we collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt and are in any of these states, you must have a copy of the tax exemption faxed or mailed with your first order.

We will ship two day and overnight if you can provide us with YOUR account number with the carrier and have the freight charged or billed, to YOUR account. Orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time) for this service. Free shipping offer excluded.
