Returns

Want to return an item? To return an item (UNUSED) please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-832-0224 for a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA number is required to get credit for the return. Additional information on returning an item is provided on the back of the shipping invoice. All returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of shipment.

Guarantee

US Toy guarantees every item. If we are able to provide items of better quality or design than those shown, we reserve the right to ship those improved products. Any merchandise that does not meet with your approved may be returned UNUSED for refund or exchange. To return items, please pack them carefully and return by U.P.S. or Insured Parcel Post; enclosing a note in the package identifying our order number and your request(refund or exchange). If an item is defective or damaged in shipment, please write us first for instructions. DO NOT return it. Food items CANNOT be returned.
